Sorry for any inconvenience, but we hope you can understand that because this is an instant download, that means that you get it immediately. So, we cannot give you a refund on something you have and cannot return. :) Hope that makes sense. xx

⚠️In the event you accidently purchase the same item more than once, or any other reason (please READ THE DESCRIPTION to verify this doesn't happen) we will no longer issue refunds. STORE CREDITS will be given minus the fees we have to pay for re-listing etc) -thanks for understanding!

If you want to cancel a CUSTOM ORDER-We will ONLY issue a STORE CREDIT IF we haven't begun or completed your order. If it has been started or finished, NO REFUND OF ANY KIND will be issued.

This is for a Digital File. I do not Print or Ship. So please make sure you have access to a computer and printer at home or are able to print from a printing company.

----Files are zipped. So, you may need a program like WinZip to open the files after downloading.
NOTE: If taking to a printer (such as FED EX, KINKOS, STAPLES or OFFICE DEPOT) PLEASE GIVE THEM THE PDF - *NOT* THE ZIP FILE! :)
